When you are using your e-screen for your work, you are focusing your attention on the entire screen, a text string, a character or symbol or icon at every moment. The screen inputs into your eyes are fast, and at the speed of light, at every terminal point. But the response actions have a wide range of time delays depending on your own brain processing of the screen information, the state of your neuro-muscular health, and the input terminal device response time if activities are limited to the local device. The icons and font sizes are adjustable to enhance the comfort in the human responses, but when your attention is drawn to the input space, character by character, your power of judgement, knowledge and futuristic visions are all called in simultaneously. This is a very stressful situation and is the junction where man-animal-machine fusions take place for a very short duration. At this juncture the effect of any external remote manipulation at your input pixels or the visible screen generates serious neuro-psycho-physical reactions in any sensible, sane human being. Whether these events could be of noticeable or invisible and subtle would depend on the program manipulating capabilities at the screen-intruder's side, but whatever be the cause the results are never pleasing either to the individual victims or to the Internet Justice. It is the right of any user at any terminal input into the internet, to decide at what pace he or she could enter the data into the screen gate, as permitted by the electronic device in proximity.
